At SELENE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty ritual. If a product isn't the right fit for your skin, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and gently used items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are tightened and protective seals are intact where applicable.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
